1. Subscription Nature of Service
Our services are delivered digitally through an AI-powered learning platform. Upon successful subscription, users receive immediate access to the system, learning features, and AI assistance tools.
Because access to the platform is granted instantly after payment, all purchases are considered consumed digital services.
2. Free Trial (if applicable)
If a free trial is offered, users are encouraged to evaluate the platform during the trial period before subscribing. No charges will occur during the trial.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:
Duplicate or accidental charges
Technical issues that prevent access to the platform for an extended period and cannot be resolved
Unauthorized transactions verified by our investigation
Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of the transaction.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
Change of mind after subscription
Lack of usage or partial usage of the service
Failure to cancel the subscription before the next billing cycle
Dissatisfaction based on personal expectations after accessing the platform
5. Subscription Cancellation
Users may cancel their subscription at any time. Cancellation will stop future billing, but does not qualify for a refund of the current billing period.
